This has been a process of self discovery as much as a weight loss journey. I now love and respect myself not only because of the person I see in the mirror but because of who I am as a whole being. I say YES a lot more! I didn’t expect this, but I now love going out and have found a joy for life and confidence which was long ago lost in the day to day routine of life.
