Slow cooker chicken and lentil stew

5 small onions, thickly sliced
1 tin Craig's lentils, drained and rinced
6 chicken drumsticks, skin removed
1 tin chopped tomatoes
Garden Gourmet Mild Chilli, chunky garlic, Thai seasoning
Warm up the slow cooker while getting the ingredients together. Put the onions in a layer in the bottom of the dish and cover with the lentils. Place the chicken on the top. Mix the herbs and spices with the chopped tomatoes and pour over the chicken. Cook on high for 4hours or low for 6-7 hours.
