Steak with Coleslaw

Steak with Coleslaw

 

150g (250g) Rump Steak

1 bag of coleslaw (no dressing)

Biofarm low fat yoghurt

1 tomato, finely chpped

Small red onion, finely chopped

Gourmet garden thai seasoning

Take the steak ot of the fridge and allow to warm to room temperature. Heat a griddle pan and spray with cooking oil. Cook the steak on both sides to your likeing.

Put the yoghurt in a bowl and add the tomato, onion and 2 good squeezes of thai seasoning. Mix with a fork and stir through the coleslaw. Serve with the steak.
