Salmon and Stir Fry

Salmon Stir Fry
2 salmon Fillets, 150g-200g each
500g McCains Strir Fry Supreme
2 tablespoons of sweet chilli sauce
1/2 packet Uncle Ben's basmati Express rice
Heat a griddle pan and spray with a little oil. Cook over medium high heat until cooked through. Meanwhile microwave the veggies in a microwave proof bowl for 5-7 minutes until cooked. Stir the sweetchilli and rice into the vegetables and microwave for another 2 minutes. Serve with the salmon.
