Chicken Stir Fry

Chicken Stir Fry

Serves 2

150g Skinless Chicken Breast per person, cut into strips

Gourmet garden ginger and garlic tubes

Cooking Spray

1/2 green cabbage, shredded

2 onions, finely sliced

3 medium carrots, cut lengthways then sliced across

200g fresh green flat beans, topped and tailed and sliced

3 tablespoons soy sauce

 1/2 250g Pouch of Uncle Ben's Basmati rice

Heat a large pan or wok and spray with cooking oil. Stir fry the chicken over a high temperature until cooked then add a good squeeze of garlic and ginger, stir and remove from the heat and set aside.

Re-spray the pan and add the vegetables, stir fry for 2-4 minutes then add another squeeze of garlic and ginger. Stir. Microwave the rice for 2 minutes. Add the soy sauce to the vegetables, continue to stir fry. Add the rice and chicken, stir through until heated. Serve.
