Prawn Stir fry

Prawn Stir Fry

Serves 2

250g Frozen cooked Prawns, thawed

Trident Udon Noodles, 

Frozen Cauliflower and broccoli, ( I used half a pack of Pam's)

2 Large Carrots,sliced lengthways

Fresh beans, topped and tailed,  (pak n save have fresh bagged ones at the moment)

Trident Lime Sweet Chilli Sauce

Rice Bran Cooking spray

Microwave the cauliflower and broccoli for 5minutes. Heat  a cast iron pan or wok, spray with cooking oil.

Add the carrots and beans to the pan and stir fry. Add the prawns and continue to cook on a medium - high heat. Drain the water from the cauli and broccoli and add to the pan. If water collects in the bottom of pan drain it off. Add 1 pack of the noodles and cook for another 2-3 minutes. Add 2-3 tablespoons of the sweet chilli sauce, continue to cook until warmed through.

Serve while hot.
