Pear Celery and walnut salad.
Serves 4
4 small Pears,cored and chopped
8 celery sticks, washed and finely sliced
4 tablespoons walnut halves (omega 3's)
Bagged or fresh cos lettuce
Baby rocket and spinach leaves
2 tablespoons of shaved parmesan
Lite balsamic dressing
Make the salad with the above ingredients, toss in the Balsamic dressing (I used Pam's Lite)
For a quick main serve on individual plates and top with a 95g ( 185g Boys) tinned chicken in lite mayo.
Or 100g (150g) Chicken Breast.
If you are only making for 2 use the salad at luch the following day.
