Live the way your lean, athletic and healthy self would live now....
Eat what he/she would eat, get up and exercise just like he/she would....
Get excited about life, plan ahead to do the things that she/he would do...
Don't waste a second... Do it now.. Live a life thats full of passion, and most of all have fun....
