67.7kg 1.4kg of Xmas lost.
I Love Fridays. Chloe took fun in the park so I didn't have to get up until 6am. Had my usual coffee then headed to work.
First Client at 7.30am.
Then at 7.50am a second coffee with 1/3 cup rolled oats and 150ml lite passionfruit yoghurt.
Manic day with clients so missed my morning tea.
1.30pm Grabbed a cup of tea and 1 slice of wholegrain and a slice of Edam.
Sill manic but managed to sip at a 750ml Mizone through the afternoon. Had a small strong coffee for a lift before teaching Pump at 5pm.
Like I said I love Fridays, 5pm pump is my favourite class of the week.
After class we always head for an end of the week drink.
2 rum and diet cokes at Ed Street. Bliss.
A quick stop at pack and save for extra salad bits and home.
12 Roccas Deli Wafers - these are a great find @25 calories for 6 wafers.
8pm 150g Grilled Steak, huge salad of cabbage, carrot, tomato, cucumber and capsicum with w/w honey mustard dressing. 12
Cup of tea with a splash of trim milk.
Jarrah Hot chocolate.
2.5l Water over the day. 1342 Calories.
