Back to Work.

Apart from the weather it has been a fabulous break.

But I really am ready to come back to work now. A while a ago I kept a personal fitness and nutrition blog on the site and people really related to it. I have been asked to do another one. I must admit that it is a very good tool for keeping me on track too. I'm not seeing my nutritionist at the moment so hopefully recording all my misgivings to you all will help to keep me in line.smiley

So here goes; my weight this morning was 69.1kg,( this is not good for me) my bodyfat  is 28.8%, (not good either) my BMI is 24.4.I love to be 60kg or just under.

4.55am alarm goes. Kenny brings me a filter coffee, 2 sweetners, enough yellow milk to colour it!

6am Class. didn't participate apart from abs and stretches. Good class 11 dawnbreakers in excellent form.Great start to the year, awesome to see Nic back, poor Kevvy has an injured shoulder, and young Wilma is looking great as she tapers for her Marathon in Manila.

7.15am Coffee as before. 1/2 cup rolled oats, 1/2 cup calci xtra milk, 125mls low fat yoghurt, 1/4 cup frozen berries.

9am Pump Class. Great Class really enjoyed taking the new pump release this morning.11 in the class. Lacey's second class of the day (double dipping), Rachel bought Graham along (new year's resolution?) and Bev bought her lovely daughter Imo.

10-12.30 Admin/ Bookings/ Foodplans- drank 2l water during morning.

1pm Lunch at home. didn't have morning tea so starving.sad

Wholegrain Chicken salad sandwich no butter marge a little farmhouse pickle yum!

Cup of tea.

2 slices wholegrain bread 2 slices thick  edam cheese 1/2 tomato 2 teaspoons lite mayofrown

Housework; Gardening; paper work/admin.

3 Large glasses baker and hall low calorie orange and barley cordial.

My first goal is to hit the 66's when I get a 66 I am going to buy myself some new work out pants!

 

6.25pm 1 glass chardonnay -oops!

7.30pm 3 bantam eggs scrambled with 1 little calci trim milk 2tsp of Greggs basil and garlic paste a squeeze of oregano- microwaved stirring every 60 secs. Home grown cabbage shredded very finely in my little oscar machine with a couple of carrots. mix  ina little eta lite and free french dressing. Serve eggs on coleslaw - yummy and nearly all home grown, yay!

1 cup of tea a tiny splash of calci trim.

Jarrah hot Choc.

Total 1833 cals At this rate it will take me about 4 1/2 weeks to get my new work out pants!!
