Thank you for  helping me on my journey over the last 12 weeks.

When you asked us for our goals back in May, mine did not have a kilo loss attached to it because I didn't dare to believe that I could lose any amount of  weight.  It seemed like dream that I had relived many times over the last 3 or 4 years and failed each time.

However 12 weeks later I have lost over 12.5 kilos and found something along the  way, my confidence!!!!  I didn't realize I had lost it until I look back.

I look forward to summer and continuing my journey with you.  Thank you so much.
