Steak and Mushrooms

 

 

 

Serves:

4

Stats:

Energy:250/295cals

Protein:28/32.7g

Fat:12/14g

Sat Fat:6.5g

  Carbs 6g          

 

 

Ingredients:

 

110g for girls 150g for boys Lean Rump Steak

Rice Bran oil spray

Button Mushrooms; sliced

½ 250g tub Philadelphia extra lite

Salt and Pepper to taste

Green Beans (fresh or frozen; steamed or boiled)

Method:

 

Grill or George Foreman the Steak

3-4 minutes per side for medium rare

Wrap in foil and rest

Spray a heated pan with the rice bran oil. Add the mushrooms and cook until tender. Stir in the Philadelphia and allow to heat through.

Special Info:

The mushrooms would also work with chicken or fish. This is low calorie and yummy. High in Iron, Zinc and Selenium.
