We had a fabulous day. Yes it was cold but everyone enjoyed the scenery. We got to jog through the forest, along the beach, through some deep sand, through some deep water but it was great fun. We stopped for brunch at cafe Alba and we were all grateful for poached eggs and hot coffee. Kenny and Deanna are both hooked and planning their next adventures. Jan and Robyn decided that the mid course was too easy for them and joined the long route for some extra k's. Our next off roader will be the Speights West Coaster which has distances from 10km to 42km.
