My Dinner

My Dinner

This is a quick and easy Dinner that is tasty but very low in calories. I gave Kenny a bigger fillet but other wise the same and Francesca had hers in a wrap with mayo.

Ingredients.

3 white fish fillets; Coriander herb tube; Moroccan seasoning; Baby spinach leaves; spring onions; 1/2 avocado; 3 tomatoes; mung bean sprouts, alfalfa sprouts; 1/2 telegraph cucumber; light lime dressing; wedge of lemon to squeeze onto the fish.

Pre heat oven to 180C. Place the fish onto a large square of kitchen foil. Spread with coriander and season with moroccan then snip washed spring onions with kitchen scissors onto the fish, wrap up into a parcel in the foil and bake for 10-15 minutes.

Meanwhile throw the salad together and hey presto you are done. Very Filling and only 246 calories ( 174 cals without the avocado) so I had blueberries and yoghurt for dessert.
