BANANA BREAD
10 slices 150 calories per slice
3 Large, well ripened bananas
2 egg whites
2 Tablespoons of canola oil
1/3 Cup calci trim milk
1/3 Cup sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon baking powder
¾ Cup wholemeal flour
¾ Cup white flour
Pre-heat oven to 180.C.
Mash the bananas with a fork.
Add egg the whites, oil, milk, sugar, baking soda and baking
powder. Beat well.
Gently blend in the sifted flour and stir until moistened.
Pour into a lined loaf tin.
Bake for 40-45 mins or until a toothpick inserted near the middle
comes out clean.
Leave to cool for 5 mins then turn out and leave until cold.
