Saturday week 2

3L Water
11.2km Run -I started with one sore leg and one numb leg! But i ran through it and felt great - I couldn't catch Kevin and Celeste though. Cup of coffe with the team.
Breakfast
3/4 cup rolled oats with one cup of trim milk- another coffee!
