1 Cup coffee.
6.5km walk - still too sore to run! Hot, Humid and Raining Blah. The nail girl talked me into blue summer nails they don't look so good in the gloom.
3L water.
Breakfast.
1/2 cup rolled oats Yellow milk. Coffee.
Forgot my lunch oh no!
2 cups coffee.
Lunch
Bought filled roll - only ham left- baby yellow tomatoes (thanks Dorothy).
Mid Afternoon
Cup of tea.1small apple;1large plum.
Cup of tea. Zero sprite.
Dinner
1 Independant Fish fillet garlic and herb grilled in George no oil; Stir fry veggies tin of tomatoes onion seasoning.
Cup of tea.
