Our Next 12 week Challenge

This Saturday is the final day of our Xmas Recovery Programme. We will be hosting a dinner for the Survivors at The Monarch.All of our clients are welcome to come and join the celebration.
These guys have all worked really hard and have made huge changes to their lifestyles and their figures.
Our next 12week programme starts on Monday 3rd May. Registration at 6pm at the New Offices.
