Protein Pancakes - Serves 1
1/3 Cup of Oats
1 Egg White
1 Scoop of Vanilla Whey or Clean Lean Vanilla Protein
Cinnamon (as desired)
1tsp Baking Powder
1 Tbsp Raw Cacao Power (Optional)
Oil For Cooking
In blender or food processor, mix all ingredients together until you have a smooth batter. Otherwise mash banana with a fork and add the eggs in.
Then add oats, protein, cinnamon, baking powder and coconut water. Heat a non-stick pan and add a small portion of oil. Add 1.5 Tbsp of the mixture into the pan, cook until gold brown.
Top with Fruit or Drizzle with Honey
