Just because they are out of season, don't stop eating berries. There are still fresh blueberries in the supermarket. But frozen berries are still nutrutionally sound.
New reseach shows that berries are excellent brainfood.The polyphenols in berries clear out toxins that can mess with memory and mental function.
Use with your rolled oats in the morning in smoothies during the day and with Greek yoghurt as a dessert.
