Legal Pizza             Fast food that’s not fat!

*Thin and crispy Turkish Pizza Bases

*Pizza paste, tomato paste or olive paste

*Low fat topping, e.g. – shredded chicken, pastrami, tuna, sardines, left over lean meats, ham, or chicken bacon.

*Tomato, mushroom, capsicum, red onion, olives.

*1/2 Cup of shredded mozzarella and a tablespoon of grated parmesan.



·        Pre heat oven to 180.C

·        Spread paste on pizza base.

·        Add vegetables and topping of your choice.

·        Sprinkle with cheese mixture

·        Bake for 7-10 mins until cheese is melted.

·        Serve with a huge salad.

·        1 Pizza is 2 serves.
