The Last 5kg...

As you lose weight there is less of you to move around, when you are 100kg you burn more calories coming up my stairs to the office than when you are 60kg, you also burn more calories when you are just sitting around. There is more of you to service and keep alive which equals a higher basal metabolic rate. This is why fatloss can be easier to start with and then slows down and becomes more difficult. To help keep your metabolism up make sure that you drink plenty of water, eat some protein every 3-3 1/2 hours and exercise, including resistance training, regularly.

Don't dispair, just keep being consistent with your food, get plenty of variety in your exercise sessions and believe that you will get get there. It may take longer than you would like but you will get the results!
