12pm 2 vita-weat lunch slices 440 cals
3.30pm Kumara Baked beans 900 cals
Lots of water.
5pm Pump. Best Pump class ever - very full - great fun- very hot!

8.30pm Lamb, refried beans; tinned toms. Salad of cucumber, carrots, tomatoes and lite honey mustard dressing.
1/2 apple, blueberries, lite yoghurt.
