Outlook for life Intro to Paddle Boarding
Come and join us, stand up paddle boarding is this summer's latest fitness craze.
Sunday, March 18th, 3pm in Point Chev. (carpool or van available).
Paddle Boarding is a great low impact, upper body and core work out.
Boards are wide, it's easier than you think to stand up.
This trip is suitable for all fitness levels.
This 90minute session includes 30 minutes on land instruction, a lesson on the water and then a little paddle around the harbour.
Monthly Passes/ Challengers $35 per head, Non members $40.
Cost subject to numbers.
