What goes up must come down, including the scales!

Walked 8km with the team this morning. I forgot this is a long weekend so had to work until 1pm.

I have a very sore hip from this morning. I've booked a consult with Dale Speedy on the 13th February and I'll try and get a bone scan and an appointment with my endocrinologist before that. I'm so scared that running will be taken away from me. Although I count myself so lucky to have completed 4 marathons and about 30 halves in my short running career!!smiley

Coffee. 1/2 cup Rolled Oats 1/2 cup calci xtra milk 1tbsp Live Lite Yoghurt

1pm Freyers Chicken salad sandwich


1 row rice crackers 4 marinated mussels

1 1/2 glasses bubbles.

1 glass Sauv B
