Days 3 and 4.

Great Day yesterday. 6am Pump. 5.30pm walked 3 x around track 7.98km ( jogged a little on grass but being very careful of my hip). 1514 calories consumed.


Weight 67.9 lost 1.2kg 2 weeks and I'll have those new training pants!!smiley

5am Coffee splash of calci trim.

6am Walk/Run 5.49km including 2 Hill repeats.

7.30am coffee splash calci trim 2 sweetners. 1/2 cup rolled oats; calci xtra 100mls. 150ml live lite passion fruit yoghurt.1/3 cup frozen berries.

1 Mountain bread and 1 slice wholegrain bread

40g Edam

Coffee with 2 sweetners and splash of calcitrim.

 3.30pm 2 small Kumara and a tin of sardines in springwater.

1.5l water at work

7.30pm. Nip of Gin;Diet Tonic;Ice and lemon.

1 Sealord Hoki crumbed with heart tick + big plate of carrots, cabbage, frozen mixed veggies cooked in tinned tomatoes with herbs and cajun seasoning.

Cup of tea 2 sweetners ans splash of calcitrim.

9.30pm Jarrah hot choc - Bed.
