These Programmes are Great Fun and encourage you to make a commitment to get your health and fitness on track. 

Most clients will lose 10kg or 10% of their start weight and gain enormous confidence, self esteem and greatly improve their health and well being. 

The programme includes; 

  • 4 or more fitness sessions per week
  • A fitness Goal and programme
  • Cooking demonstration
  • Nutrition talks
  • Supermarket tour
  • Healthy dips and nibbles demonstration
  • One on one nutrition consults
  • A make over and photo shoot
  • An after party to celebrate the new you

The Aim is to get you in shape and give you the education and tools to stay in shape.

The groups are small and freindly and everyone enjoys their journey.
